Do As I Say, Not As I Do

My boarding pass states, "Boarding Time: 12:55P" and my phone says its 1:12PM... As I look outside the window I see a gangway and no airplane. I followed the rules and got here when I was supposed to. So why isn't my plane here when it was supposed to be here? Minus points for Hawaiin Airlines. Punctuality applies to every aspect of life.
