Our taxi driver TJ was our little tour guide for the 40 min ride. Nassau is such a "beach town meets home owner association Easter egg color pallet" area. Lots of development going on too. Passing beaches that look like Maui, and then the cruise ship terminal, we turned onto a bridge leading to Paradise Island, which is dominated by Atlantis. And the resort is massive.
